Work with your data

Sheets give you the tools you'd expect from a real spreadsheet:

  • Cells and formulas — edit cells and compute with formulas.
  • Filter and sort — narrow and order rows to find what you need.
  • Conditional formatting — highlight cells based on their values.
  • Data validation — constrain entries with dropdowns and rules.
  • Tables — organize ranges as structured tables.
  • Comments — leave threaded comments on cells to discuss the numbers.

Changes autosave as you work, with an indicator showing when your latest edits are stored — no Save button to remember.

Share a sheet

Publish a sheet as a read-only public link so anyone with the URL can view the data without editing it or entering your workspace.
