What's in the brief
The brief pulls from everywhere in the workspace — your notes, chat, board cards, files, and CRM. It gathers a summary, a suggested agenda, a short brief on each attendee with their last interaction and open loops, prep questions, a notes template, and a follow-up email scaffold.
Because the brief draws on the project's real history, the more you keep in Progress — notes, cards, contacts — the sharper each prep gets.
