Event types
Define the kinds of meetings people can book, each with its own duration and buffers.
An event type is a kind of meeting people can book with you — say a 30-minute intro or a 60-minute deep dive. Each carries its own length, buffers, and how the call is hosted.
Create an event type
Give the event type a clear name, like 30-min intro, so bookers know what they're picking.
Choose how long the meeting runs.
Set a before and after buffer so you get breathing room around each booking.
Hosting and status
Choose how the meeting is hosted — over a Progress meeting or with a Google Meet link. You can mark an event type active so it's bookable, or archive it when you no longer offer it.
Archiving an event type takes it off your booking page without deleting it, so you can bring it back later.
