Break a card's work into items you can check off, reorder, and hide when done.
Every card carries a checklist so you can break its work into concrete steps and track them as you go.
Build and track a checklist
Open a card, type into Add an item to the checklist…, and press Enter. Keep going to list every step.
Tap an item's circle to mark it done, and tap again to reopen it.
Click an item's text to edit it inline. Drag items by the handle to put them in the order that makes sense.
Hide what's done
As a checklist fills up, completed items can crowd the view. Turn on the Hide completed toggle on the checklist to tuck them away and leave only what's left to do — turn it back off any time to see everything.
For quick, project-wide capture that isn't tied to a card, use the Notes tab instead — a lightweight running checklist for the whole project.
