Have Scout do things
Scout can create and update cards, documents, calendar events, and CRM contacts.
Scout isn't just for answers — it can act on your behalf across the project. Ask in plain language and it makes the change.
What Scout can do
- Cards — create a card, move it between columns, rename it, edit its fields, add checklist items, or leave a comment.
- Documents — create a new document or update an existing one.
- Calendar — create, update, or delete a calendar event.
- CRM — add a person, look one up, or update their details.

Say what you want
Open Scout with ⌘ K and describe the change — for example "add a card to review the homepage copy, due Friday".

Scout does it
The card lands on the board in the right column. Scout reads your existing cards by meaning, so it updates the right one when you ask.
If a request is ambiguous, Scout asks a clarifying question rather than guessing — so you stay in control of what changes.
