Free during open beta

See the whole project, not another pile of tools.

Every project gets its own workspace — a kanban board, notes, calendar, chat, recordings, e-signatures, sketches, bookings, and a project-aware AI assistant. One link instead of fifteen tabs.

It's completely free during our open beta. Sign up, use everything, and tell us what to build next — pricing arrives later this year.

One project, one workspace

Board, notes, calendar, chat, recordings, signatures, sketches, and bookings — all inside the project they belong to. No more bouncing across five tools to piece things together.

AI that knows your project

The built-in assistant pulls from this project's own notes, files, and activity — so it answers like someone who's already on the team, not a generic chatbot.

Native, fast, made yours

Desktop, iOS, and Android apps. Built-in dictation in every text field. Ten curated themes (Solarized, Dracula, Nord, Synthwave) and sixteen accent colors so it looks how you want.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Is Progress really free?
Yes — Progress is completely free during our open beta. Every feature, no credit card required. We'll introduce pricing later this year, and you'll get plenty of notice before anything changes.
Isn't an all-in-one tool worse at each thing than separate apps?
It's the trade we make on purpose. A board that already knows your project's docs, chat, and files beats a 'perfect' board in a tool that knows nothing else — and we go genuinely deep where it counts: a real kanban board, async screen recordings, e-signatures, and a project-aware AI assistant.
What tools can Progress replace?
Most of the stack a project usually spreads across: a kanban board (Trello, Jira), notes and docs (Notion), team chat (Slack), calendar and booking pages (Calendly), screen recordings (Loom), and e-signatures (DocuSign) — all in one workspace per project.
Does it work with my Google Calendar?
Yes. Progress syncs with Google Calendar, and your public booking pages read your live availability and create the event — with a Google Meet link — automatically when someone books.
How is the AI different from a generic chatbot?
Scout, the built-in assistant, is project-aware: it reads from the project you're in — its notes, files, and activity — and can take actions like adding a task. It answers like a teammate who's already up to speed, not a blank-slate chatbot.
Is there a desktop or mobile app?
Yes — native desktop apps for macOS and Windows, plus native iOS and Android apps. Voice dictation is built into every text field across the apps.

What's inside every project

The whole project. One link. No tab-juggling.

Thirteen built-in tools in every project — board, notes, calendar, chat, recordings, e-signatures, bookings, and a project-aware AI assistant. Reorder them per project and hide the ones you don't use.
