Ask Scout about your project
Scout answers from your project's notes, files, cards, and activity — plus web and chat.
Scout's real advantage is context. When you ask a question, it reads the project you're in — the same notes, files, cards, and activity you can see — and answers from there, not from generic knowledge.
Ask a question
1
Open Scout
Press ⌘ K to open the sidebar.
2
Ask in plain language
Ask something like "what did we decide about the launch date?" Scout pulls from the project's notes, files, cards, and activity to answer.
Beyond the project
Scout can also reach past the current project when you need it to:
- Web search — pull in an answer from the web.
- Chat search — look through the project's chat history.
Because Scout reads your board by meaning rather than keyword, you can refer to a card the way you'd describe it to a teammate — "the homepage copy one" — and Scout figures out which one you mean.
