Columns

Create, rename, reorder, and delete the columns that shape your board.

Columns are the stages your work moves through. Shape them to match how your team actually operates — a simple To Do → In Progress → Done, or something richer.

Manage your columns

Create a column

Choose New Column and name it for a stage of your work.

Rename inline

Click a column's header to rename it in place.

Reorder by drag

Drag a column's header left or right to change its order.

Delete a column

Remove a column you no longer need. You'll be asked to confirm first.

Add cards straight into a column with its What needs to be done? input, then drag them along as the work progresses.
