Invite external guests
Let people outside the project join a meeting from a public link, no account needed.
You can invite people who aren't in the project to a meeting. They join through a public link with its own access token, so they never need a Progress account.
Invite someone outside the project
Each meeting has a public join link that carries a guest token.
Send the link to whoever you want in the call — a client, a candidate, a collaborator.
Your guest opens the link and joins the call directly, without signing up.
The link is what grants access, so only share it with people you want in the meeting. Guests join the call itself — they don't get into the rest of the project workspace.
