Notifications aren't arriving
Check your preferences, Do Not Disturb, browser permission, and mobile push.
If notifications have gone quiet, walk through these settings — one of them is usually the reason.
Run through the checklist
In Settings → Notifications, make sure the reason you expect (mentions, DMs, comments, and so on) is enabled on the channel you're watching.
If quiet hours are on, alerts are held until the window ends. Confirm you're not inside your Do Not Disturb window.
For desktop alerts, confirm your browser is allowed to show notifications from Progress.
On the phone apps, make sure you're signed in and push is enabled for the reasons you want.
Each reason has its own sound, browser, and push toggles, so a notification can be on for one channel and off for another. Review notification preferences to fine-tune them.
