Deleting your data
Deleting your account permanently removes your data — it can't be undone.
The way to remove your data from Progress is to delete your account. Deletion is permanent and can't be reversed.
What deletion removes
When you delete your account, your account and its associated data are permanently removed. There's no recovery afterward, so save anything you want to keep before you start.

Export what you need
Download any files, recordings, or documents you want to keep.

Delete your account
Go to Settings → My Account → Danger zone and confirm deletion.
Permanent
Account deletion can't be undone. Once it's complete, your data is gone for good.
