Meeting notes didn't generate
Notes record per participant — allow about a minute after the call ends.
AI meeting notes appear shortly after a call wraps up, not the instant it ends. If they're not there yet, they're most likely still being put together.
Give it about a minute
Each participant's browser records its own audio during the call and uploads it when the meeting ends. Progress waits a short settle period for those uploads to land, then transcribes and summarizes them. Allow roughly a minute after the call before expecting notes.
If notes still don't appear
Give the uploads and processing a little more time, then refresh.
When notes are ready, a notes card is posted to the meeting's chat channel and participants are emailed.
Because notes rely on each participant's own recording, leaving the tab open until the meeting fully ends helps the audio finish uploading.
