Calendar isn't syncing

Reconnect Google Calendar — a revoked token silently stops events syncing.

If events aren't showing up, or new events and Meet links aren't being created, your Google Calendar connection has likely lapsed.

Open the calendar

Go to your project's Calendar tab.

Reconnect Google

Reconnect your Google account so Progress can read and write your calendar again.

Why this happens

A revoked token fails quietly

When your Google authorization is revoked, Progress can silently stop creating calendar events and Google Meet links — including for confirmed bookings — without an obvious error. Reconnecting Google restores the sync.

Once reconnected, events from your visible calendars merge back into the project view, and new events and Meet links work again.
