I don't see a feature tab
Feature tabs are per-project — an admin can enable them in Members settings.
If a sidebar tab you expect — like board, chat, files, or meetings — is missing from a project, it's almost always because that feature is turned off for you in this project.

Which tabs you see is controlled per project, per member. That means the same feature can be visible in one project and hidden in another, depending on how each is set up.
Ask an admin to enable it
Feature tabs vary between projects, so check whether the tab is missing everywhere or just here.
A project admin can enable the feature for you in Settings → Members.
If you don't see a tab, an admin may have disabled it for your project. Once it's re-enabled, the tab reappears in your sidebar.
