Your work in Progress — files, recordings, card attachments, and signed documents — is kept in durable cloud storage so it's there when you come back.
What's stored
- Files and folders you upload to a project.
- Recordings you capture, including screen and camera recordings.
- Attachments on board cards and in documents.
- Signed documents and their completed copies.
These sit alongside your projects, ready to open, download, or share whenever you need them.
Kept with your project
Uploads stay scoped to the project they belong to. A file, recording, or signed document is only public if you choose to publish it — see public links and privacy.
If you ever delete your account, this data is removed as part of that permanent deletion. See deleting your data.
