Browser notifications
Get alerts from Progress even when the tab isn't focused — grant permission first.
Browser notifications let Progress reach you when the app isn't the tab you're looking at. You'll need to grant your browser permission once.
Enable browser notifications
Go to Settings → Notifications and enable browser notifications.
Your browser will ask whether to allow notifications from Progress. Choose Allow.
Once enabled, you'll see a system notification when something happens while the app is in the background.
If you dismissed or blocked the permission request, your browser won't ask again automatically. Re-enable notifications for Progress in your browser's site settings, then toggle it on again here.
What you'll see
Browser notifications follow your notification preferences and respect Do Not Disturb, so you only get the alerts you've opted into.
