Run a client project end to end

Spin up a project and use the board, documents, chat, files, and calendar together.

Everything a client engagement needs lives in one project — the board, documents, chat, files, and calendar are all views of the same workspace. Here's how to run one from kickoff to delivery.

Set up the project

1
Create the project

Create a new project and name it for the client or engagement. It opens to its own drag-and-drop board.

2
Invite the client and your team

Invite people by email from Settings → Members. Each gets a tokenized invite; accepting adds them to the project.

3
Tune what each member sees

Use each member's feature toggles to turn sidebar tabs on or off — handy for hiding internal tabs from a client.

Run the work

Track tasks as cards on the board with owners, due dates, and checklists. Keep the scope, briefs, and meeting notes in Documents, drop deliverables in Files, and keep the conversation in Chat. Connect Google Calendar so events and meetings live alongside the work.

When it's time to hand something over, share it as an unlisted link — the client sees just that document, sheet, or recording, not the whole workspace.
