Send a contract for signature

Upload a document, place fields, add signers in order, send, and track completion.

Send a document for signature and get it back signed without leaving Progress. Route it to one signer or several, in order, and keep the signed result with an audit trail.

Upload the document

In the Sign tab, upload your source document — a PDF or a project note.

Place fields

Drop fields where they belong: signature, initials, date, name, email, text, checkbox, title, or company. Mark which are required.

Add signers in order

Add each signer and set the order. Progress routes to them sequentially — the next signer isn't asked until the previous one finishes.

Send it

Send for signature. Each signer gets a private tokenized link and signs without needing an account.

Track to completion

Watch each signer move through sent, viewed, and signed. When everyone's done, the completed document is stored with the project alongside an audit log of every event.

Every signing event is timestamped in the audit trail, so you always have a record of who signed and when.
