Share work with a client
Publish a document, recording, sheet, or sketch as an unlisted, optionally password-protected link.
Show a client one thing without giving them the whole workspace. Documents, recordings, sheets, files, folders, and sketches can each be published as an unlisted, read-only public link.
Publish a link
Open the document, recording, sheet, sketch, file, or folder you want to share.
Use Publish to turn it into a read-only public page. It shows a "published" indicator in-app so you know it's live.
Turn on password protection to put a gate in front of the page, then copy the link to send.
What the client sees
They see only the published item — never your project, board, or other files. Public pages are unlisted (link-only) and aren't indexed by search engines.
Change your mind? Unpublish at any time from the same controls and the link stops working. Old links are preserved if the item's address changes.
