Google Meet

Attach a Google Meet link to calendar events and confirmed bookings automatically.

Progress can add a Google Meet link to the events and bookings you create, so everyone has a way to jump on the call without you pasting a link by hand.

Add Meet to a calendar event

1
Create an event in Progress

In a project, open the Calendar tab and create an event without leaving the workspace.

2
Attach a Meet link

Turn on Google Meet as you create the event. Progress generates the link and invites attendees, then syncs everything back to Google Calendar.

When someone books time with you through a booking page, confirming the booking automatically creates the calendar event with a Google Meet link — no extra step from you or the person booking.

No Meet link on new events or bookings?

Meet links come from your connected Google account. If your Google connection is revoked or expires, events and bookings can silently stop getting a link. Reconnect Google Calendar from the Calendar tab to fix it.

Prefer hosting on Progress's own meeting instead of Meet? Each booking event type has an option to run the call in Progress rather than on Google Meet.
