Welcome to Progress
What Progress is, and how the pieces of your workspace fit together.
Progress is one shared workspace for a project. Instead of scattering a project's board, notes, chat, files, meetings, and calendar across five different apps, everything lives together — in context, on the same page.
What a project is
Everything in Progress is organized around a project. A project has its own board, its own documents, its own chat, its own files — and its own team. When you switch projects from the sidebar, the whole workspace switches with you.
The building blocks
A drag-and-drop board of cards for everything that needs doing.
Rich documents for writing, and a quick checklist for capture.
Channels, DMs, and calls — with AI notes after every meeting.
An AI assistant that already knows what's in your project.
Press ⌘ K anywhere in the app to open Scout. Ask it a question about your project, or tell it to create a card, draft a document, or add a calendar event.
Find your way around
The sidebar on the left switches projects and moves between features. The project switcher at the top shows every project you're a member of, with a dot when there's unread activity. Not every project shows every tab — an admin can turn features on or off per project.
Ready to start? Create your first project takes about a minute.
