Show or hide feature tabs

Feature tabs are set per project and member, so you see only what you need.

Not every project needs every feature. Progress lets you turn feature tabs on or off for each member, so a project's sidebar stays focused on what that person actually uses.

Turn a tab on or off

Open Members

Go to Settings → Members for the project.

Adjust that member's tabs

Toggle which feature tabs each member sees. Changes apply to their sidebar in that project.

Don't see a tab you expected?

If a feature is missing from your sidebar, an admin may have hidden it for your project. Ask them to enable it for you in Settings → Members.

Why this is per member

Feature tabs are scoped to each project and each person, so the same teammate might see the calendar in one project and not another. That keeps each workspace tailored to how your team actually works.
