Keyboard shortcuts
Move faster with the shortcuts built into Progress.
A few shortcuts cover the things you do most. They work anywhere in the app.
- Open Scout (AI): ⌘ K
- Search your workspace: ⌘ F
- Switch projects: ⌘ + 1–9, in project list order
- Close a menu or dialog: Esc
Drag the handle beside a project in the project menu to change its order. Your order is saved to your account, and the number shortcuts follow the new order. You can also focus a handle, press Space, use the arrow keys to move the project, and press Space again to drop it. Press Esc to cancel.
On the chat screen, ⌘ F searches just that conversation. Everywhere else it searches your whole workspace — cards, documents, files, chat, and more.
