Invite your team
Add teammates by email and they join the project the moment they accept.
Progress is better with your team in it. Invite people by email and they land in the same workspace, with the board, chat, and files already in place.
Send an invite
Go to Settings → Members for the project you want to add people to.
Add a teammate by email address. Progress sends them a personal invite link.
When they open the link and accept, they're added to the project automatically.
Each invite is tokenized and expires, so it can't be forwarded or reused endlessly. If a link goes stale, just send a fresh invite.
After they join
New teammates start with the standard feature tabs. If someone shouldn't see a particular tab, you can turn it off for them per member in Settings → Members — see show or hide feature tabs.
