What is sprint?

A sprint is a short, time-boxed iteration — typically one to four weeks — during which a team commits to and completes a defined set of work, aiming to deliver something usable by the end. Sprints give teams a steady cadence and frequent checkpoints.

In Progress, a project's kanban board makes the current sprint's work visible as cards move from To Do to Done, and the calendar keeps the sprint's start, end, and ceremonies in view.
