What is retrospective?

A retrospective is a recurring meeting — typically at the end of a sprint or project phase — where a team reflects on what went well, what didn't, and what to change. The output is a short list of concrete improvements to try next.

In Progress, a retrospective can use the project whiteboard to gather ideas, chat to discuss them, and notes to record the agreed action items so they're not forgotten next cycle.
