What is product backlog?

A product backlog is a single, ordered list of everything that might be built into a product — features, improvements, fixes, and ideas. It's continuously reprioritized so the most valuable work sits at the top, ready to be pulled into the next sprint.

In Progress, a backlog is simply a column or board of cards you rank and refine; when work is ready, you move a card into progress, and its notes, files, and discussion travel with it.
