What is kanban board?

A kanban board visualizes work as cards moving across columns that represent stages — commonly To Do, In Progress, and Done. The format makes a project's status obvious at a glance and surfaces bottlenecks where cards pile up.

In Progress, each project has its own kanban board with drag-and-drop cards, due dates, labels, checklists, attachments, and comments — sitting in the same workspace as the project's notes, chat, and files.
