What is gantt chart?

A Gantt chart is a horizontal timeline that lays out a project's tasks as bars across a calendar, showing when each starts, how long it lasts, and how tasks overlap or depend on one another. It's a classic way to see a whole schedule at a glance.

Progress keeps scheduling close to the work: a project's board tracks what's in motion and the Google-synced calendar holds dates and deadlines, so the timeline lives beside the tasks it describes.
