What is e-signature?

An electronic signature (e-signature) lets someone approve or sign a document digitally, with a record of who signed and when. It removes the print-sign-scan loop and speeds up approvals.

Progress includes document signing so approvals happen inside the project workspace, with an audit trail and the signed document stored alongside the rest of the project's records.
