What is daily standup?
A daily standup is a brief, recurring meeting — usually around fifteen minutes — where each team member shares what they did, what they'll do next, and anything blocking them. The goal is quick alignment, not detailed problem-solving.
Teams using Progress can run standups against a project's board for a shared view of in-progress work, and keep async standup updates in a chat channel for anyone who can't attend live.
