ProgressProgress

A built-in video editor for your recordings

Trim and edit your screen and video recordings right where you made them — before you share.

A recording made in Progress doesn't have to leave the workspace to become shareable. The built-in video editor lets you trim off the dead air, cut a walkthrough down to the parts that matter, and arrange clips in order — all without exporting to a separate app, waiting on a render, and re-uploading the result back into the project.

  • Trim and cut screen and video recordings in place
  • Arrange multiple clips into one edited video
  • No exporting to a separate editor and re-uploading
  • Edits happen on recordings already stored with the project
  • Share the finished cut with an unlisted link

Edit where you recorded it

Most teams record a screen walkthrough, drag it into a separate editor to trim the awkward parts, then upload the export somewhere it can be shared — three tools for one clip. In Progress the recording is already in the project, and the editor is right there with it, so trimming and cutting happen in place.

The edited version stays with the work

Once you've cut a recording down to size, it stays attached to the project it came from — not buried in a separate video tool's library. Share it with an unlisted link when it's ready, and it sits beside the card, note, or chat thread it explains.
