ProgressProgress

A simple client CRM for every project

People, companies, and every interaction — tagged to the project they belong to, not managed in a separate sales tool.

Progress includes a simple client CRM: people, the companies they work for, and a timeline of every call, email, and meeting you've had with them. Contacts get added automatically from meetings and bookings, tagged to the project they belong to, and followed up on with tasks that sync to your calendar — all in the same app as your projects, not a separate sales tool you have to keep updated by hand.

  • A drag-and-drop pipeline for moving people through stages
  • Contacts added automatically from meetings and bookings, grouped into companies
  • One activity timeline — calls, notes, tasks, and meetings together
  • Follow-up tasks with due dates that sync to Google Calendar
  • Smart lists for overdue contacts, open tasks, and birthdays

Contacts that add themselves

Book a call or run a meeting through Progress and the other person becomes a CRM contact automatically — grouped into a company by their email domain, so five people at the same client roll up under one account instead of five stray rows. Meeting notes log straight to their activity timeline, so the record builds itself instead of demanding data entry after every call.

Tagged to the project it belongs to

A contact isn't a floating row in a spreadsheet. Progress tags it to the project it came from automatically, and you can filter your whole list down to one project at a time. Drag someone through pipeline stages as the relationship moves, set a follow-up task that lands on your Google Calendar, and the same app already holds that project's board, meetings, and e-signature requests — no bolt-on sales tool required.

Client CRM — and everything else — in one workspace

Every Progress project bundles the board, notes, calendar, chat, files, and more.
